I went to have a hygiene done and I was delighted, the hygienist named Xenia was super nice and attentive. He also took great care with my gums, since I suffer from them a lot. Delighted the truth. Highly highly recommended!

I have been there on several occasions and without a doubt it is my trusted center. Very good treatment, they are friendly, close and good professionals. I would highlight Patricia's treatment, it is clear that she likes her job and does it with enthusiasm. I will continue coming without a doubt.

I went to get a hygiene treatment at this clinic and I was delighted. All the staff very friendly and attentive, especially Xenia the hygienist, she was lovely. I will repeat for sure.

Dehumanized treatment and zero concern for the patient. I have filed a formal complaint. I'm Paula Escofet. I explain my case: last 4/9/23 I had an appointment for an oral cleaning scheduled 3 months in advance because there were no previous dates available (in three months!). On 9/1/23 I started with intense pain in my gum that I managed to “slightly relieve” with anti-inflammatories and I waited for the oral hygiene appointment to comment on it. Obviously there, the hygienist tells me that it is the doctor who should look at my gums, who tells him about my case to see if he can look at me for a moment. After speaking with the doctor who was there at that time, they told me that he is very busy now and that they will not be able to look at me (I am not the one to assess the burden that the professional would have at that time, but there was only me and one other person in the waiting room). I tell him that it is an emergency because I have had pain for days that does not give in to anti-inflammatory analgesia and that they should force me to make an appointment. They are trying to give me an appointment at reception within 2 days!! But after insisting, the hygienist forces me to make an appointment for that afternoon (I mention above that both the receptionist and the hygienist who treated me in the morning treated me with little empathy and dryness). I am treated urgently in the afternoon. In the afternoon without incident, friendly and close staff. Today I returned for a scheduled appointment with the surgeon at 10:20 a.m. and I was seen at 11:15 a.m. (people who had arrived later have not stopped passing me by, although obviously I don't know what time they were scheduled for). But what has definitely made me write this review and the complaint form is the fact that they justify the delay with which they have had to attend to an emergency. It is no longer the fact that they delayed me due to an emergency (I understand it and I think it should be like that, emergencies have priority) but because when I had the emergency they did not attend to me immediately and tried to give me an appointment for 2 days later, yes I can't insist. I come from the Adeslas dental clinic in Cornella and I was delighted there. For reasons of change of address I have come to this one, but I am very dissatisfied with the treatment of the staff in the morning.
